Teach Zumba: Am I crazy? 90 days or bust!

June 15, 2015

I am crazy! Crazy about Zumba! Everyone knows what Zumba is but if not let me fill you in. If you take the aerobics craze from the 80s and the dance craze from the early 2000s then do a mash-up with dance club music you've got Zumba. I first fell in love with it via our Wii and loved trying to follow along and get a high score but soon found I didn't care about the points I just loved to move, sweat, and work on my postpartum body back in 2011 or '12 I think. I chucked the waist band that holds the controller, then chucked the controller too because ever since I was a little girl I loved to dance.

You really don't need to know how to dance to master the moves. That's another thing I love about the group classes I've been taking lately. There are people of all shapes and sizes, men and women getting it/working it/having fun. It's infections, contagious, and somehow I've come out of it wanting to become an instructor. What the what? I take a class a few times a month with my mom in a warehouse with box fans, a stage, and bumping music. It's hot, it's sweaty, but it's rewarding and it's fun!

I grew up around this type of stuff. My mom was that aerobics instructor in the early 80s. She taught packed out classes and being a single mother I often accompanied her to gyms. You could say I was a gym rat. I knew the photographer was near me but didn't know he was getting video clips. You can see me at 2:51. Fast forward 30+ years and I can not hardly describe the feeling I feel when I see my mom jump up on stage at 3:51 and doing anything with her and watching her is an honor! This clip was from this weekend at a zumbathon sponsored by Growing Together.

"Mommy, I saw you!"- my kids

The atmosphere was hot but cold water was handed out along with snacks bars, fruit and t-shirts. So now after seeing what I look like I'm even more determined to become an instructor and it's the perfect goal for me to get my mind off my size. My family won't disown me for not being this 'right size', my husband won't love me less, my kids won't hug me less, my life can't revolve around this idea that I have to be a size whatever. I'll leave that for another post. I'm at a wonderful place of self forgiveness and acceptance where even though I may not be where I think I should be I'm still ok. That's really big for me.

I've seen some plus size instructors teaching routines on youtube and it's so inspiring to me. Can I teach yet? I'm not quite there but I'd like to try for 90days and see where I am then to go for this crazy dream! More fitness reviews to come ya'll.

For anyone else interested in becoming a zumba instructor check here for more info. There are class certifications happening just about everywhere.

Now Look what my zumba leader (Michael - pictured in the above video) posted just moments after I wrote this post... happy tears!! These are the hearts that are teaching me and I would love to follow in their foot steps!

Inspired by an American Ninja Warrior (contestant)

June 3, 2014

I'm guessing it was the season premier but my family and I watched American Ninja Warrior last night. We didn't catch the show in it's entirety but I saw enough to be inspired by miss Amber Johnson. I loved her story, her hair cut, her style, but mostly her attitude.

You've seen my fitness struggles, I've been through quite a few challenges over the past few years. Some successful and others not so much but I'm no stranger to physical struggle. In my heart I know I'm an athlete but the past decade and a half I have not fully felt like one. Watch this video and tell me you aren't inspired...

Being inspired can't only be something that you get from others. There's been a mental change that has taken place in me in the past few months. I'm reading a great new book that's explaining a lot about my weight gain over the years and just being the example I get to be for my kids will be reward too. The change is I am where I am but do not have to stay here. Pregnant with baby #6 and still over 200lbs 3yrs after setting out on this journey feels unacceptable. I'm ready (I think) to do what needs to be done to break this cycle, this weight fight, and be the trim healthy mama I know I can be.

Gymbella/SheLivedHEA are all aliaes that are no longer and I've moved my fitness facebook posts to www.facebook.com/hautedot but still post as @ChristyHomeMom too.

My before preg weight was 213. I had just decided to get this body in shape Dec 31st in fact then found out we were expecting in Feb. So there could be some baby adage in there but I'll just stick with 213. Back in May of 2011 I posted that I weight 211. I then had two babies so I'm pretty much in the same boat I've been in for several years.

I'm ready to get out of this boat!

and I don't want a life preserver. This is sink or swim time. No, that's not right, I want to swim! My point is I'm 33 and it's not too late. I know plenty of women who've changed their lives and it can be done. I will.

I'm mapping out the smartest way to continue toning and building muscle while I'm pregnant, changes I'll need to make to ensure I keep my milk supply once the baby is born, and get to it. Thank you Amber Johnson. You had us cheering you on all the way and have a new fan :)

A Simple Way to Make Your Workouts More Intense

May 17, 2013

SOI'm a stay at home-mom who's apart of a one car family and hubby works 5x week. The gym is not an option. Even if it were, who can afford childcare. Not me and I'm ok with that. I grew up with a Jane Fonda lovin' momma and have watched her workout at home since I was a little girl. It's not hard for me to push myself or so I thought.

Here's a super simple easy way to push harder.
Fear :)

I do have to say that after watching myself I really need to improve my form. Maybe I'll show you the said video, maybe not. It's pretty hideous :) TurboFire Schedule.

God Approved WOrkMAN!

May 5, 2013

After getting out of the habit of reading my bible first thing in the morning these past few months I did what all normal people do and blasted myself on Facebook. You know, because that motivates you. In my case, sometimes. This morning after getting up with the baby like I normally do I played one full round of Candy Crush Saga on my phone (because candy can't crush itself) and drained my battery. After locating my phone charger  I sat down to read my bible on YouVersion (love that app). I realized how high a priority I've placed a game over God, and not just lately but quite frequently, intermittently. The featured verse spoke directly to me.
'Study and be eager and do your utmost to present yourself to God approved (tested by trial), a workman who has no cause to be ashamed, correctly analyzing and accurately dividing [rightly handling and skillfully teaching] the Word of Truth.' 2 Tim 2:15 AMP

Yesterday, while trying on clothes on a much needed mommy's night out ALONE, I didn't get depressed. I used to. I didn't stare myself down in the mirror disappointed in what I saw. I normally am. I'm conquering my weight, body image, and self esteem issues and this verse explains how. I have to look to God, know His will, study His word. I'm not pleased with where I am physically/mentally but, I'm doing something to change it with His help.

A workman (re)discovering who they are in Christ
has no cause to be ashamed.

I Met UFC Fighter Jon Jones!!!

June 2, 2012

Pic Source: facebook.com/OfficialJonnyBonesJones
If you can imagine, having 4 kids doesn't allow for The Hubs and me to have many date nights. I can't say I have high hopes this will get any better with number five just 3months away. We're lucky if we get one every other night. So instead of going out together, locating a baby sitter (for four kids, really), and using gas to pick/drop them off  we stay in and have UFC Date Nights. Hubby gets home late from work and will sometimes bring me my favorite snack, CANDY or we may just have a glass of wine, sit on the couch, and watch our favorite sport, MMA Mixed Martial Arts.

Over the years of watching there are a handful of fighters that I really like and Mr. Jon "Bones" Jones is right there at the top.

So Wed. night when hubby got a text from his friend that Jon Jones was in town for a Xyience promotion event and a local fight we packed up the kids to run out and try to meet the reigning UFC Light Heavyweight Champ.

Wednesday morning we got up with good intentions of leaving the house early. I had several errands planned and as a multitasker I always want to get as much done in one day as I can. Getting 6 people packed into a car isn't a 15min task anymore, but for some reason I always think we can do it. I have to remember it takes 30-40min of finding shoes, diaper bags, and several potty breaks to make this happen.

We finally get in the car to go and are running behind. The whole way I was just hoping we'd get to see Jon leaving or getting into his car and could say I was in the same area. Taking turnpikes and paying tolls we made it with it by 2:50 but the line was long. We found out later he got there a little late and stayed later to accommodate those waiting. Glad to know we weren't the only ones :)

The line was long but the kids did really well sitting in the basket.

I thought this was the best pic I was going to get...

You forget athletes, actors, and celebrities are just people. It's hard to see how normal they are with all the production that goes into making them look amazing on tv and in ads. He was happy and seemed to be enjoying making all the people smile as he took pics with them and shook hands. The Xyience crew helped to move things along by reminding the line to try to make it quick win taking pictures and talking so they could get through the entire line.

Hubby's coworker had an extra ticket to the Extreme Fight Night event that evening so the kids and I visited my mom while he watches some in person MMA action. LUCKY!!!

We were able to say a few words and take this picture.

This trip was sort of surreal. Once upon a time I had six-pack-abs, true story. More than just meeting Jon I got to visit the town I went to High School in, the trip brought back so many memories of me and my athletic days. Looking at this pic of me standing next to a serious athlete and my 4% body fat hubby I feel super huge. Granted I am 23wks pregnant and I shouldn't be so hard on myself. I know, I know this. Still it's motivating to know I'm on my way and this can serve as a great before picture.

#HomeMomHealth: Reboot Juice Fast

October 9, 2011

Rebooting my life, Today! I can't waist anymore time. I'm feeling urgent pressure, not from anyone but that I have to lose my extra weight and do it quick. Almost like an internal ticking. I feel anxious. My weight has caused me some small but ill effects. Spine misalignment, hiatal hernia, and joint pain. It's very scary that this list could be bigger, these are only things I can physically feel or see, what about my heart, my blood, the things I can't see? With four kids, The Hubs and I are constantly asked, "is this it? Are you having anymore?" My answer is always, "We don't know".

What I do know is I don't want to have another fat overweight pregnancy. I've carried 40lbs or more with every pregnancy. Our bodies were designed to work. They can't do their jobs if they're fighting the extra fat  that gets tacked on and stays. This is my life, I have some pretty big responsibilities that need me. The Five most important people are my babies, my wonderful hubby. I don't know what tomorrow holds but I do know what happens to those I love who don't treat their bodies right.

The rest of this post has been moved to
Where I'll be blogging only health and fitness from home. Gym not included.

I'm bringing my Before-Baby-Body Back!

September 5, 2011

Yep! I wanted to title this post 'I'm bring sexy back'. In my opinion they're two in the same. Why as women are we so secretive about our weight and age? I never did get that. The only reason it makes sense to me is if women are hiding behind poor decisions maybe. I mean I was 20 something before, the choices I made then are catching up to me now. I drank and partied too much in college when I could have been working on good eating and sleeping habits. Over the years I've gained 80lbs since being at my lowest of 143 right after military boot camp. So I can't blame it all on babies.

I don't want to hide anymore. Hi, my name is Christy and I'm 5'6 and weigh 219lbs. Why am I so bold in sharing this? I have a new found confidence that I can take this extra baggage off. If you've been following me lately you know I've lost 5 inches in 30 days of using Lindsay Brin's 60Day Slimdown System. There's no measure of energy to tell you how my levels have been affected these past 39 days but they've improved and yet some thing's still lacking. I feel tired but I do more. Before I felt like doing nothing and did exactly that. Now thankfully I get more done in the day but  I really do feel tired still. What's going on?

Today I wanted to share with you a concept that not too many people are aware of. I was aware but forgot until recently. This is a trailer for the movie Fat, Sick, & Nearly Dead. If you have netflix, watch it in it's entirety instantly. My goal can not be to get skinny anymore. I want to be healthy and live long and strong.

I have to tell the truth, I've not been following Lindsay's nutritional plan. You'll find a few 'count-your-calories' type of plans on her site. I can not count calories nor do I want to. I have too many things to keep track of then add up numbers all day. She mentioned a much more realistic type plan on one of her DVDs. The plan is called the plate method and it's not a diet. Here's how it works:

Cut your plate in half, fill one side with vegetables.
The other half, equal parts meat and whatever you want.

You can't give me that kind of head room, there's just too much freedom. I'm an all-in or nothing sort of girl. I'll over indulge and eat, or I'll eat very little any given day. Right now I need help in finding that middle ground. I know I need to eat more vegetables. I like vegetables but I can't seem to wrap my taste buds around making them a whole meal. I need a major detox. Fat is your body's way of protecting itself from harmful toxins. With these and past workouts I'm breaking down stored fat and exposing myself to stored toxins then feel a weird sluggish energy boost.
I'm not a doctor. I encourage you to do your own research and make your own conclusions. If you feel led and want please join me October 1st in a 10-15 day reboot. I'm currently on day39 with Lindsay's system and am so happy about the changes in my posture and abs. I have had fewer hiatal hernia incidents, I've been drinking more water, I've began running again too. I just know I need to detox and what better way to do it then a natural back to basics way.

Home-Mom's into Fitness: Day30
of the 60Day SlimDown System

August 25, 2011

It's not about weight, it's not about weight. Let me just repeat that a few more million times. My beautiful bean pole sister in law asked me if I had lost weight this past weekend. That should be a compliment right? All I could think in my head was "the scale doesn't lie". I know better than most that muscle weighs more than fat. Waaaay more! I've gained a pound since Day1, you'll see why this hasn't deterred me from quitting if you keep reading.

I've always wanted to be that skinny 120lbs
girl that all the height and weight charts promised I could be. LIARS!!!

After over a decade of trying and trying I now know that girl and those numbers will never be me. High school athletics got me down to 150, then the military got me to 143. I couldn't have gotten any lower without cutting off a limb. That used to be a serious thought.

I am losing weight, the scale can only tell how heavy I am and I'm gaining tons of new muscle thanks to Lindsay Brin's moms into fitness 60 Day SlimDown System. Muscle that I thought was there but apparently was not. This system really teaches mother's how to sit and stand properly again. Did I mention Lindsay is working out prenatal too! Read her blog for her video updates.

UPDATE: I can now do lunges!
(very slowly but correctly)

What I love about home workout systems is I can yell at the screen. You can't do that in a live class, people would think you were crazy .) Lindsay has really kicked my butt and I tell her so.
For the sake of this review I'm really trying to stay on point with my daily schedule. I did super awesome the first 2 weeks and then... [ paste excuses here ] excuses happened.

I am proud to say I've ran at least once a week thus far. I can't tell you how good it feels to run again. One of my fitness goals is to run 3-5 miles every morning. Still a long shot but I have the confidence to get there. Now I'm gearing up for phaseII. Like at half time I'm trying to catch my 2nd wind and finish the game only this is my life.

My #homemomif 30Day Measurments

Weight:       218                                     219

Here's a deep thought for you...
You will only have as much energy as you need.
If a daily routine of washing dishes, washing/folding laundry, sitting at a computer, watching TV, sitting at a desk then I've got the amount of energy needed to do those things. Now that I've been working out and running my energy levels have exploded and I'm walking around the house looking for things to do. I find myself running up the stairs when normally I'd pause half way up. Gooo Christy!

Home-Mom's into Fitness: Day 1
60 Day SlimDown System

July 28, 2011

Today is day #1. The beginning of the rest of my life .) Everyday should be seen this way don't you think? For the next 60-90 days I will attempt to follow a weight loss plan and reach a goal that is based on health and reality instead of trying to go back in time to my before babies belly. Lindsay Brin from moms into fitness has encouraged me by saying I can get a body stronger and better than the one I had before.

I've been following Lindsay for some time through her blog, she bounces back from her pregnancy bod several times and documents it each time with photos, videos, and posts. It's pretty awesome to see it happen before your own eyes. She just had baby #3 and in a way I feel like I'll be working out with her even though she's got a definite lead over me.

How could I possibly get a better body than I had before. She doesn't know I was in the ARMY, or that I played basketball, softball, and ran track through highschool. I still think she may be right. Even though I tell you I'm a tough, strong girl, I can't do correct lunges.

What that tells me is I have some weak muscle groups that have been relying on other strong muscles. Rather then do things correctly I've always done what I could get away with. I'm excited to train my body and pay close attention to do things right the first time.

I'm literally jumping and can not wait to get started. As I track my progress for the next 30, 60 and 90 days I'll share with you my weight, inches, and energy levels. This by far should be one of the longest and most extensive review I've done to date. I plan to post at least once a week here on the blog but for more daily updates follow me on twitter (with hashtag #homemomif or #HomeMomHealth) and on facebook.

KuKuWa Dance Workout Review

July 19, 2011

Ihave to tell you how excited I am to get to review exercise products. I grew up with leg warmers on my ankles, literally. My mom was an aerobics instructor and just like Army Brats (much like any kid) I went everywhere my mommy went. And who wants to sit on the sidelines when you can get up and dance with your momma at aerobic events.

There's the most adorable article in a small town paper where I grew up with the cutest little girl in the picture. Yep it was me decked out in a one piece Jane Fonda-leotard with rainbow brite leg warmers.

I wish I could find that to show to my girls. My mom thinks she has it some place so who knows. All that to say that KuKuWa reminds me so much of my mom back then. She is a super energetic, highly motivate, and loves to dance and get people's bodies moving. If you ever meet my mom today she'll be the life of the party for sure. She's a great motivator.

....
My mom in the 80s with acid wash jeans  (yesssss)....Maybe it's just the hair and beautiful smiles.
What is KuKuWa Dance, who is KuKuWa?
Kukuwa is an internationally acclaimed African Dance Performer, Dance Choreographer Fitness Dance Instructor and Originator of Gye Nyame African Cultural Dance Company, and Kukuwa, LLC® of the Kukuwa Dance Workout®.

KuKuWa promises and delivers with her 'total body workout'. Literally from head to toe your entire body will be worked. I really do recommend this routine to anyone bored with their current workouts. As I get bored easily and need to switch between at least 3 different workouts in a week

Working out at home is so different from going to the gym but with 4 kids and one car that isn't an option. Plus that gym bill isn't anywhere near our budget. If classes are your thing you can find one near you.

I received both of the Move Your Boombsey DVDs
(
together aprox $35)

Youth - Dance Party Workout      &   Adults - African Dance Workout

I love to dance and still have more baby weight to lose. Gaining about 5-10 lbs with almost every pregnancy and 4 kids later I'm at more than ready do move. My pre-baby weight before any kids was 180 and I was so terribly unhappy with that number (silly me). I'm currently 215.

So I'm here at age 30, 35lbs away from my pre-preg weight and 65 away from my ultimate goal (which is 10 less than I posted here). If I can encourage anyone it would be to Keep it up! One of my fave bible verse is this...
...At the right time we will harvest a good crop if we don't give up, or quit.
I need a fun, happy, but challenging routine that will help motivate and keep me going and KuKuWa Dance really does do exactly that. It has now become apart of my exercise arsenal.

My ShāToBu™ Shapewear *Giveaway

May 23, 2011

I my ShāToBu™. If you're like me you're thinking, "What the heck is that?" Until I received mine I didn't think I'd ever place value in some girdle looking pantyhose contraption. That's all changed, and not because I received one in exchange for this review either. Perks are perks. If it works, it Works!

Inventor,
Dr. Denise Perron
Watch Denise discuss
the science behind
ShāToBu™

ShāToBu™ is the tummy SHAping, muscle TOning, and calorie BUrning
workout you wear.
As you know my weight has been a problem an issue for me. I've got over fifty pounds of junk in my trunk that I'm tired of lugging around. From being over weight for the past decade I suffer from minor back pains, muscle pinches, and other discomforts. This product is not a fix-all but it does help get you back in line, literally.
Christy, Home-Mom
This isn't your grandma's girdle!
or any other girdle for that matter

ShāToBu™ more than just holds it all in, it helps to align your spine. Makes sense with a Since high school I've always popped or cracked my back. Not occasionally but everyday sometimes several times a day. The verdict is still out for me whether this is healthy or not but it made me feel better so I did it. As an adult woman, having birthed and packed around four of my own babies and no telling how many other kids working in childcare, over the years my back has really suffered. I know I'm at fault for poor lifting habits I've certainly felt the a difference in my posture and a remembrance to straighten up.

ShāToBu™ let me pick the style that I wanted. I chose the ShāToBu™ - High Waist to Knee Shaper. The website said I'd feel slimmer, smoother, and sexier. I'm not sure about that last one but I did feel smoother. After putting it on I was out of breath. Wait was that the exercise? Take off. Put on. Repeat.

Here's the real reason I♥MyShāToBu™,
My skinny jeans fit now!
Let me clarify that statement just a bit.

The jeans I'm referring to have been in my closet for over a year and they are not actually skinny. You may have a pair, 1-2 sizes too small all covered in dust. But I keep trying them on. Total confidence downer right there. So after I put it on I grabbed my jeans and they slid right on. I didn't say I could button them up. I've not been able to do that since before baby #4. However I was able to wear them out of the house, to the store and more.

Their site also said I'd burn up to 12% more calories with regular use over time. Woo-hoo. This is where the science part comes in. Based on the principle of resistance training the shaper's technology helps your body burn and tone.
By incorporating resistance bands right into the garment,
muscles work a little harder and more calories are burned during daily activities.
With all of that said my ShāToBu™ has never gotten sweaty, bunchy, or rolly. It's comfortable to wear all day. I believe because I have such weird issues with my back I can't sleep in it, other wise I would. Nothing like burning calories in your sleep. I happened to be wearing it while working out in the yard. This wasn't a little gardening or pulling weeds. The Hubs and I were lugging and burning huge (UGLY) cedar bush/trees. My legs and stomach didn't get yucky sweaty one bit. I was totally amazed!

Weight vs. Water

May 17, 2011

W
eightloss has always been a big deal in my family. I hate to say it by obesity and an obsession with weight has always always been an issue. I can remember when I was younger my aunts sating that I was too skinny. Then as soon as I got a bit plump my sides were pinched. These sort of things only have to happen once for you to gain a complex. Kids are sponges that way. They soak up so much but when you try to wring it out it takes all the more work.

I don't have a weight update per say. I am maintaining a whopping 210, 4 lbs under my before baby weight so progress is welcomed. I now own a scale after over a decade not having one. My dear friend blessed me with her extra. The scale always represented a curse. It told you whether or not you were going to have a good day or a bad one. One reason why I've never owned a scale.

It's now in my bathroom and I check once a week. I'm not doing any Turbo Jam, Zumba, or my new Kukuwa at the moment. The big focus for me now is to drink water. I truly believe if I were to just consume 1/2 a gallon of water a day I'd see a huge difference. So starting today I'm starting a water challenge. Drink over 8 glasses of water a day. To some of you this is so silly. I ended up in the ER a few weeks ago because I don't drink enough water. So here goes nothing.

Current Weight: 210
Weekly exercises: n/a
Daily water: 8 glasses

As the weeks progress I'll post once a week with a recap of the last week. I can't cheat because the results will speak for themselves.

I Don't Diet!

February 26, 2011

D-words are a No-No in this house, Divorce, that thing Beavers build, and Diets. I grew up with a Jane Fonda loving mama who counted calories, weighed and measured food. That worked for my mom but not for me. I don't do DIETS! I've been there, tried that, and even gained more because of the stress. One of the leading causes of fat retention/gain STRESS. As a mom I can say I've allowed myself to stress out on occasion. Okay more than one occasion but I'm working on it. 2011 is the year I'm working on me too.

Me and my sweet sister 10 yrs ago, Awwww
I have 75lbs to lose if I think it's possible for me to get back to just out of boot camp training. My BCT body was awesome. I came home running 2-3 miles at 5am but slowly my college ways brought me down and I lost my way. In high school I played basketball, ran track, I was an athlete. In the gym, on the track, working out constantly and ate whatever I wanted. I remember thinking how bizarre it was to eat like that. That overweight thing will never happen to me. HA-HA. Although there's that tiny doubt in my mind that I'll ever have that girl's reflection in the mirror again, the mere possibility drives me on.

I posted here about getting Zumba for the Wii and for those of you wondering, it is AWESOME! The music is addicting, the real driving force behind working out for me is Dance. That's one D-word I like. The moves are authentic plus true Hispanic culture sizzles from every move. It's got me singing in Spanish, I have no clue what I'm saying. Not sure if that's a good thing, lol.

However having just had my 4th baby 3 months ago I've really wanted a workout geared towards post-natal movements. I've found Lindsay Brin's Moms Into Fitness DVD set and really want to check it out. I'll keep you posted on my results after I win the set (fingers crossed).

So what if you don't have a baby to put in your stroller. Push a bag of potatoes around the block, make sure to bundle it up. You don't want strange looks .)

It's Time to Jam!

January 31, 2011

It's time to jam, #turbojam that is! Chalene and I are like this }tight{. Here's the deal, I just had a baby 2.5 months ago. I'm just now feeling 100%. I've got 75lbs to lose. What's my solution? Hubby surprised me with Zumba for the Wii and I LOVE it! Our anniversary is tomorrow. 8 years! My birthday is Thursday. I'll be 30! Ahhhhh! I'm just making myself move. Everyday, Turbo Jam, Zumba, Dancing, whatever. The older I get the older "old" gets. I don't feel old as much as I feel worn out some days.

What workouts make you happy? Still got baby weight too lose? Technically I can't blame the babies until I get down to 185 (my weight before babies). Even then I was 40lbs over my healthiest/fittest self. That is one thing I miss about the ARMY, boot camp was no joke! So here I am, no Drill Sergeants to rush me out of bed and kick my butt, I don't have the metabolism of a 14 year old, excuses right? Here's what I don't want... to be 31 and have wasted a year whining about something I CAN fix. Happy last day of January 2011! Move forward and keep going, we've only got one life.
